If you send a payment in your local currency, our bank will convert it once it has reached one of our client accounts at their standard conversion rates (FX margin capped at 0.5%).
You must make all deposits from the same bank account.
Deposits are processed within UK business hours. We will email you when the deposit arrives in your BullionVault account.
We do not accept cash deposited over the counter, banker's cheques or other methods where we cannot identify the sending party.

Use of cards not associated with a bank account, such as pre-paid cards, creates an administrative burden for us.
If you use any card other than a UK debit card, your payment will be returned and we will charge a fee of $30 to cover the administration costs.
BullionVault will not charge for one-off use of a UK debit card.
You can still make a payment to us from any UK bank using the details provided.
Banks limit the amount of money that you can pay using ‘easy bank transfer’.
If your bank does not allow your payment, try again with a smaller amount or make a manual bank transfer for any amount using our bank details.
Opening a BullionVault account is simple.
We'll give you a risk-free 1/8 oz silver (4g) to get you started, and you can fund your new account as soon as you're ready.
